Life at Wildflower Villages
Wildflower Villages works with a number of manufacturers to allow you to select and customize the perfect Tiny Home for you. Room-sized front porches (optionally screened) expand your living space and create comfortable outdoor living space. Vaulted ceilings with windows open up small spaces and provide great natural light.
All homes are professionally designed to offer maximum space utilization. Fabrication is done off-site and meets all construction codes. Structures are designed to ensure maximum strength and insulation while incorporating aesthetically-pleasing architectural features.
The Village Hall is the gathering spot for indoor community activities, including potluck dinners, fitness classes, book club, to mention a few. Beginning in early 2017, the Village Hall will be accessible to residents 24/7. The spacious living room has a fireplace and comfortable seating to watch the football game on Sunday afternoons or play a board game on Friday nights. A large community kitchen is being renovated to allow residents to host community or private dining events. We also have workstations and a printer available on site.
The seasonal pool is available May through October. Men and Women’s restrooms include showers and changing areas.
Two firepits have comfortable seating, plenty of firewood, and are a great place for daytime or late night gatherings. The fountain in the pond provides a relaxing background while you read a book.
